Blake’s team won a total of 3 games on Saturday, one by a  forfeit and two games on Sunday to win the Area Q Tournament and will represent Region 180 and Area Q in the Sectional Tournament in Bakersfield on Feb 27 & 28, 2010.  The games started at eight each morning and San Luis Obispo is about one hour from home so everyone was very tired by the end of the day.  Betz and I only made one game on each day but it was great soccer.  Congratulations, on to Bakersfield. 

Randi’s team was not that fortunate as they played 3 games on Saturday with some very tired players.  They did not qualify for play on Sunday so they got to sleep in.
